Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience or readiness for that next step, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving team performance.
  • Demonstrated retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
  • Ideal mechanical/automotive parts knowledge, with a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest developments and innovations.
  • Flexible availability and valid driver's license, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Physical capacity to perform duties, including handling heavy products, with a focus on maintaining a healthy and safe work environment.

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth in a fast-paced retail environment, with a strong focus on teamwork, leadership, and continuous improvement.
