Job Title: Retail Operations Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Operations Leader to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing and supervising daily store operations.

Your primary focus will be on supporting and developing your team to ensure outstanding customer service is provided. You will work closely with Store Managers to lead the team and manage operations to achieve success.

  • You will coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Livestream genuine service, creating moments that matter for customers.
  • You will maintain a safe working environment for yourself, team members, and customers.
  • Set a positive example and promote a culture of excellence within the team.
About This Role
  • Prior supervisory experience or readiness for that next step.
  • Demonstrate previous retail or trade experience, including sales, wholesale, and/or workshop operations experience.
  • Ideal candidates have mechanical/automotive parts knowledge.
  • Flexible availability and valid driver's license required.
  • The ability to handle products of a heavy nature.
