Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Educator to deliver high-quality training programs on our campus.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver qualifications in Support Services, Ageing Care, and Community Development
  • Evaluate learner competence in accordance with industry standards
  • Develop and contextualise training resources for diverse student groups
  • Manage work placements and collaborate with sector partners
  • Utilise digital learning systems and collaboration tools to enhance teaching practices
Required Qualifications and Experience
  • Hold a relevant qualification (TAE40116 or equivalent)
  • Have recent experience in ageing care/community services
  • Hold a Certificate III or higher in Individual Support and Certificate IV or higher in Community Services
  • Experience in delivering training to international students in a registered training organisation setting
