**Job Overview:**
As a Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in championing a quality-first culture within a purpose-driven organisation. You will be responsible for defining and driving the national strategy for quality, training, and compliance across ANZ.
The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience in ISO 9001 QMS ownership, with a strong background in audit management and risk reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence across levels.
- A certification in ISO Lead Auditor.
In this strategic position, you will lead the development and execution of quality and training frameworks across the group. You will own and maintain the ISO 9001 QMS, prepare and manage external audit readiness across all sites, and design and deliver national training programs.
