About the Role

This Part Time Retail Consultant opportunity is available in our Griffith store, where you will play a key role in delighting customers through outstanding customer service.

As a Retail Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide an exceptional in-store customer journey by identifying and meeting the needs of our customers.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same, and you will be empowered to make decisions that drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per annum, depending on experience.

In addition to your base salary, you will receive a bonus structure tied to individual and team performance, ensuring that your hard work and dedication are recognized and rewarded.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

You will have previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in retail or sales, and be able to demonstrate a strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
