The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the transportation of a small team of stock counters to and from each shift within their designated region.
This involves coordinating with count teams to ensure timely pick-up points and timings for each shift, escalating any vehicle-related issues promptly, and maintaining accurate attendance records detailing stock counters expected on the bus, who attended, and arrival times.
Additionally, they will be required to conduct thorough stock counts using handheld scanners while on site, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in this process.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Fully qualified driver with a strong 'can-do' attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work long shifts, including early mornings or night shifts, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Quick learner with experience in handling stock advantageous but not essential; willing to learn and grow with the company.
- Vehicle provided (8-Seater Minibus) for efficient transportation of staff.
