Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and skilled delivery professional to join our logistics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering groceries to our customers' doorsteps on-time and in great condition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive a 3.5 tonne van to deliver groceries to customers' doorsteps, following safe driving practices and adhering to delivery schedules
  • Complete regular vehicle checks to ensure the van is organized, clean, and roadworthy, and that delivery cases are secure before getting out onto the road
  • Provide excellent customer service, supporting with any questions or substitutions, and keeping customers aware of any delays
  • Build strong knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to help provide recommendations to customers
  • Assist with tasks across the store as needed, including receiving and stocking deliveries, maintaining a clean and safe working environment, and supporting colleagues with their duties
Requirements:
  • You must be over 18 and have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 points on it
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical, and high-energy environment, using initiative to solve problems and thrive in a team
  • Be willing to work flexibly and productively to a high standard across the store when needed, and be comfortable learning to use new digital tools and technology to do your job brilliantly
