About Your Team

The Technology Strategy Enablement team is responsible for creating clarity and connection for stakeholders to enable the organization's purpose and ambition. We achieve this through various mechanisms, including direction, alignment, engagement, and communication, to drive the adoption of the Technology Strategy.

We are seeking an Executive Manager to lead the enablement of our technology strategy across the Bank. As a key member of our Technology function, you will engage with multiple teams across the organization, working with a range of stakeholders on a breadth of topics that are evolving quickly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enable outcomes by creating direction and alignment of senior stakeholders on what needs to be done across the portfolio to deliver on our strategic ambition, backed by thorough analysis and articulation of requirements.
  • Work with stakeholders to create high-impact engagement sessions, driving connection, understanding, and strategy execution.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders across the Bank, engaging frequently to understand and frame challenges and opportunities to support strategy execution.
  • Lead colleagues to create engaging content sharing progress and updates on our Technology strategy, including benefits for customers and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with teams across the Bank on practices to optimize engagement and change, sharing best practices to continuously improve what we do.

Requirements

  • Strong experience working with senior stakeholders on strategy execution and enablement.
  • Ability to frame, assess, and co-solve problems and opportunities, mobilizing action.
  • Senior stakeholder engagement experience, including multiple groups of stakeholders across large organizations, with the ability to influence.
  • Clear demonstration of leading teams and leading outcomes across virtual teams.
  • Strong experience with agile, change, communication, and engagement practices.
  • Ability to take theory and put it into practice.
  • Understanding of technology and banking, and how it relates to customer outcomes.
