Job Role: Quality Engineer

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Quality Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining mobile applications, ensuring high performance, quality, and user experience.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in quality engineering, quality assurance, or a related technical role. Hands-on experience testing native iOS and Android with a focus on delivering high-quality mobile applications is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Being the voice of quality in the team
  • Coding alongside engineers, deploying to test and production environments
  • Building, using, and improving various automation tools and frameworks
  • Identifying, highlighting, and implementing quality improvements across the product, process, and culture

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding and practical experience with the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) phases
  • Strong commitment to quality assurance principles throughout the development lifecycle
  • Ability to identify the underlying causes of defects and issues and propose effective solutions
  • Strong verbal and written communication to effectively interact with various stakeholders
