About the Role- Setting the Direction: Develop and execute a comprehensive quality roadmap, aligned with industry standards and our organization's Continuous Excellence framework.
- Inspiring a High-Performing Team: Lead a team of professionals, fostering a culture of growth, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Owning Compliance & Standards: Oversee ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 implementations, ensuring regulatory compliance and internal alignment.
- Driving Sustainability Forward: Lead innovative recycling programs, reduce waste, and support our net zero ambitions.
- Building Capability & Resilience: Deliver engaging training, lead audits, and strengthen crisis and continuity planning.
- Staying Connected Across ANZ: Travel to sites across Aus & NZ, 5– 6 times a year, for 1 – 2 weeks at time, with autonomy to manage your own schedule while staying connected to regional teams and partners.
- Degree in OH&S, Environmental Science, or Chemical Engineering.
- Lead auditor certification and HSE credentials (e.g., BCSP, IOSH) preferred.
- Proven experience in quality management systems, budget management, and cross-functional leadership.
