Lead Practice Administrator

This is a contract on-site leadership role for an experienced Lead Practice Administrator. The successful candidate will oversee daily operations of the dental practice, including patient scheduling, administration, and staff coordination.

Daily tasks involve managing dental practice workflows, ensuring excellent customer service, facilitating communication between staff and patients, and maintaining an organised and efficient office environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage patient scheduling and administration with precision.
  • Coordinate staff and facilitate seamless communication between team members and patients.
  • Maintain a highly organised and efficient office environment.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service at all times.
Requirements:
  • Strong skills in dental software and Practice Management systems.
  • Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills.
  • Extensive experience in Dental Care management.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in dental office software systems.
  • Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
Working Conditions:
  • On-site contract leadership role.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in dental care and outstanding leadership skills to effectively manage a team and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

As a Lead Practice Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the dental practice, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
