Job DescriptionWe are looking for a friendly and organized Dental Assistant/Receptionist to join our team.
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a vital role in establishing a welcoming and professional atmosphere.A typical day will see you assisting our patients with their enquiries (both over the phone and in person), generating and confirming appointment bookings for our dentists as well as patient recalls, typing, completing payment processing, banking, and other ad hoc administrative duties as required.Additionally, you will assist with sterilisation and perform dental assistant duties as needed.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Receptionist or Dental AssistantExperience working in the Dental Industry is beneficialExcellent communication skillsWarm and positive attitude and team-orientated approach.Computer savvy skills with excellent attention to detail.Additional InformationLocation:Alstonville Family Dental is located inside The Plaza on Robertson Street.
