About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at KINNECT. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering workplace rehabilitation services that enable individuals to engage in meaningful occupations and achieve optimal health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess injured workers to determine the best approach for their rehabilitation and return to work.
  • Visit workplaces to understand the challenges faced by injured workers and educate employers on injury prevention strategies.
  • Provide clinical opinions and justification through report writing.
  • Liaise with treating doctors and health professionals to support the recovery and return to work of injured workers.

We are seeking an experienced Workplace Rehabilitation professional with a passion for helping people. Some of the key attributes we are looking for include:

  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Current registration with AHPRA, accreditation with ESSA, or accreditation with ASORC / RCAA.
  • Excellent analytical and report writing skills.
  • An ability to work well under pressure in a dynamic team environment.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have your own laptop and mobile phone, as well as a current ABN and relevant insurances (professional indemnity and public liability).
