Deliver exceptional care and support to elderly residents in our residential aged care home. This role involves maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and presentation in resident rooms, while fostering a cooperative team spirit.
About the Role:- Work collaboratively with your peers to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.
- Support colleagues and promote a positive attitude among team members.
- Adhere to safety protocols to protect yourself, colleagues, and residents.
- A compassionate individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care to the elderly.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential.
- Previous experience as a cleaner or in a related field is highly desirable.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- The capacity to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents and their families.
- A reliable team player with effective communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively.
- Willingness to undergo a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
