We are seeking a skilled Workforce Planning Professional to join our workforce planning team in Sydney Airport as a full-time role. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional with a background in managing high volumes of supply and demand.
- Manage staff and roster movements, including labour hire and overtime, ensuring business requirements are met.
- Maintain data integrity in systems and create accurate rosters.
- Serve as the primary contact for staff roster queries.
- Update systems to reflect current staff allocations and shifts.
- Handle absenteeism, labour hire uploads, and prepare daily catering reports.
- Provide feedback on allocation processes to improve scheduling efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Industrial Relations requirements, including payroll.
- Identify and report system and process improvement opportunities.
Experience in workforce planning within a high-volume environment, understanding of resource allocation principles, strong organizational and planning skills, ability to work under pressure, leadership qualities, adaptability, excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
