About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Director to lead our customer and fulfillment operations.
Main Responsibilities:- Oversee fulfillment operations for pharmacies and delivery partners.
- Lead our customer and pharmacy support team, providing exceptional service and guidance.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to develop technology that enhances operational efficiency and outcomes.
- Strong academic background.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as a pharmacist or in a business analyst/consulting role.
- Bonus points for relevant degrees (commerce, pharmacy, medicine, technology, data science) or fast-growing start-up experience.
- Data-driven mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving continuous improvement.
