About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Director to lead our Service organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing direction, support, and vision across our matrix structure, ensuring achievement of objectives for customers, employees, and the company.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. You will oversee financial outcomes, manage your Management Operating System (MOS), and ensure key performance indicators such as productivity, customer feedback data, and successful pricing strategies are consistently met.
