About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an insurance portfolio, including renewals and home warranty clients.

This is a client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, relationship building capabilities, and a proven track record of providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing client relationships via phone and email to ensure ongoing satisfaction and support their evolving insurance needs.
  • Engage new clients for home warranty and construction insurance requirements, providing expert guidance and education on available products and services.
  • Develop strong rapport with clients by actively listening to their needs and wants, and providing tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide seamless support and maintain effective communication channels throughout the client journey.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Tier 1 broking qualification or equivalent experience in general business insurance or broking.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong focus on relationship building and retention.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to multitask and handle complex tasks efficiently, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
