We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client portfolio and drive business performance in the creative, content, and social media industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of nurturing client relationships, exceptional delivery, and commercial growth. They will be accountable for leading a team towards strong business performance and exceptional creative work across a portfolio of clients across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serving as the senior agency stakeholder and point of escalation for day-to-day client needs.
  • Supporting team members in effectively managing client needs in line with strategic priorities.
  • Guardianship of client brands, identifying new ways to maximise brand impact.
  • Identifying and converting organic client growth opportunities and building proposal materials.
  • Leading client planning and feedback sessions.
  • Articulating Tag's full capability offering and making recommendations.
  • Strong financial awareness at a project and client partnership level, making recommendations to regional leadership teams.
  • Building client growth and campaign delivery plans across a portfolio.
  • Successfully leading and inspiring a high-performing team to achieve exceptional client results.
