The RoleWe're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for selling, adding value, and retaining Pet Health Insurance products while providing exceptional customer service and meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Communicate with customers via digital chat, outbound, and inbound calls
- Secure sales from customers who have recently visited our website or called our contact centre
- Assist with refining and improving processes within the Pet Sales Team
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations
- Experience in a Call Centre environment, General Insurance, or Financial services
- Experience in interacting and servicing customers via phone calls
- Demonstrated ability to learn all aspects of the Sales Process and identify sales opportunities quickly
- Ability to adapt to change, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and computer literacy
- A strong team player who works collaboratively with others
