We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Facility Manager to join our team. This role will provide leadership and support in the overall operations of our facility, with a focus on customer service, lifeguarding, health club, member satisfaction, and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a welcoming environment for all members and guests.
  • Lead the operational aspects of the facility, including lifeguarding, health club management, and maintenance of facilities and equipment.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve member satisfaction and retention.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor staff to achieve high performance standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
  • Current Blue Card/ Working with Children Check.
  • Current First Aid Certification.
