
Customer Support Assistant

We are seeking a diligent and resourceful individual to join our team as a Service Administrator.
- This role plays a vital part in providing administrative support to various roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of technician field incentive payments.
- Open and close quoted "T" work, prepare T Booking packages, and handle closing documentation for Finance.
- Process all "Bill Without Cost" T work (unquoted), including weekly invoicing.
- Maintain induction registers for efficient record-keeping.
- Assist with reporting, quoting, ordering, customer liaison, and other related tasks.
- Send jobs to technicians, handle tools, service & repairs coordination.
- Review vendor orders vs major T specifications.
- Assist with mail/deliveries, office stationery/uniform orders.
- Peer review SAR estimates, coordinate M & L estimates, validate quotes, and process orders for major/minor T materials.
- Upload SWMS and go-no-go documentation for T. Goods receipting in JDE.
- Consolidate service dockets with work orders and invoices for uploading to various customer portals.
- Coordinate transportation with couriers.
- Shared reception duties as required.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a service-oriented industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with JDE (JD Edwards) is a plus.
