Product Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for bringing our products to life in the market.

You will work closely with multiple teams across the business, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Management, to ensure that our products are effectively launched and resonate with our customers.

Your insights will help guide our sales and customer teams so they can confidently talk about the value and unique strengths of what we offer.

To thrive in this role, you must be a strong communicator who can distill technical products and features into compelling stories and messaging.

You will be responsible for developing positioning and messaging frameworks, producing collateral that outlines product features in terms of real customer benefits and workflow improvements, and conducting competitive analysis to highlight differentiators and maintain comparison tools.

You will also collaborate with the Product team, Engineering teams, and customer-facing teams to share insights and understand our customers' challenges better.

Requirements
  • Direct product marketing experience with a track record of driving growth in technology companies
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders across the business, including Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Product Management
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to write and produce content for various channels
  • Ability to distil technical products and features to create compelling stories and messaging
  • Experience creating sales narratives and training sales teams to sell and position products effectively
  • Strong understanding of effective GTM strategies and a solid foundation in product marketing fundamentals
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and customer insights to identify business opportunities
