Job Title: Product Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Product Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing customer-facing propositions that drive pipeline growth in key segments.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in launching new products to market, excellent communication & time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple project streams and dependencies.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling product messaging, positioning, and sales campaigns that meet business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate activities and tasks required to launch new products and propositions.
  • Design propositions by analyzing market trends, customer and competitor research, concept and detailed proposition design, as well as desirability assessments.
  • Drive coordination with cross-functional teams spanning Product, Risk, Operations, Finance, Sales, Channel partners, and Go-to-market.
  • Campaign management: Support pipeline growth and business development across key segments.

In this role, you will also be responsible for:

  • Developing strategies aimed at increasing effective communications and brand awareness.
  • Assisting with all internal and external marketing campaigns, producing content and creative for marketing projects and initiatives to enhance lead generation.
  • Supporting Product lifecycle management, including change initiatives, feature enhancements and updates.
