About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead/Senior Clinician to join our team at Access Health and Community. The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary team, ensuring a holistic approach to the care of young people aged 12-25.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and supervision to a multidisciplinary team
- Ensure a holistic approach to the care of young people aged 12-25
- Hold a small caseload and facilitate clinical meetings
- Be available for the team for escalating risk concerns

Requirements
- Postgraduate qualifications in psychology and current registration with AHPRA as a Psychologist or Clinical or MHSW with or working towards accreditation
- Demonstrated experience in working with families and young people in mental health/AOD settings for a minimum of 5 years
- Demonstrated high level of skill in clinical risk assessment and management
- Recognised qualifications/training and demonstrated experience in the provision of clinical supervision
