About the Role

We are seeking a qualified mental health clinician to join our team at Access Psych. As a General Registered Psychologist, Accredited Mental Health Social Worker, or Qualified Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in delivering authentic, compassionate, and dependable mental health support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;
  • Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community;
  • Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organisational and regulatory standards;
  • Must be able to see clients face to face but can be a hybrid TH/F2F role.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following mandatory requirements:

  • General Psychologist Registered AHPRA; or
  • Accredited Mental Health Social Worker – AASW; or
  • Qualified Counsellor ACA level 3 or level 4 and/or Full Clinical PACFA membership;
  • You have permanent residency in Australia;
  • You are passionate about improving lives through work and health;
  • You want to be part of a dynamic, social, and hard-working team;
  • Interest and willingness to work with workers compensation clients.
