CAD Drafting Specialist

We are seeking a skilled CAD drafting specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing electronic building drawings for our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative environment with internal teams and client representatives. Your primary duties will include:

  • Maintaining and updating CAD drawings for all client properties, ensuring compliance with naming conventions and standards.
  • Responding to drawing requests within agreed timeframes and consolidating data into centralised systems.
  • Conducting area investigations for verification, measurement, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborating with internal teams, design consultants, and subcontractors to integrate new and updated plans.
  • Managing workflow processes for drawing requests, archiving, and syncing with client platforms.
  • Participating in meetings and spatial data projects, preparing progress and compliance reports.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and data integrity.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in CAD drafting or data management within a property, facilities, or construction environment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD LT (2026 or similar), MS SharePoint, and Procore.
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to follow naming conventions.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a client-facing role.
  • A valid driver's licence and ability to conduct occasional site visits.
