About the Role:

  • This is a fantastic opportunity to join Alspec, a leading provider of innovative aluminium systems in Australia.

In this role, you will contribute to exceptional customer service by effectively managing inward and outward stock movement through our advanced Warehouse Management System. Your responsibilities will include receiving and dispatching goods, performing pick & pack operations, assisting with cycle counts, undertaking general warehouse duties, and providing outstanding customer service.

As a key member of our team, you will have prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or manufacturing combined with excellent customer service skills. You must be able to work efficiently under pressure, demonstrate reliability and self-motivation, and be willing to take on additional tasks while prioritizing personal and team safety.

A forklift licence would be highly regarded but is not essential. You will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical assessment and provide contactable work references.

The successful candidate will be offered a competitive salary of $30.00 – $31.00 per hour, working 38 – 45 hours per week, with the potential for overtime. Our employee benefits package includes an employee discount and access to our mentoring program.
