Concession Store Manager Opportunity

At Taking Shape, we're seeking a dynamic and inspirational Concession Store Manager to lead our Myer Doncaster store team. As a key member of our team, you'll drive the profitability of your store through exceptional customer service and a personalized experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of 3 and motivate them to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising and stock management strategies to maximize store sales and growth
  • Build strong relationships with employees and customers, and foster a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity, and make recommendations to improve store performance
  • Collaborate with the store team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a management role, preferably in retail or a customer-led industry
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and customers
  • Commercial acumen and business nous, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
  • Passion for the Taking Shape brand and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
