Concession Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concession Manager to join our team at David Jones Rundle Mall in SA. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Create a warm and genuine customer experience, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
- Sales and Profit: Drive sales growth and achieve financial targets by ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators.
- Team Management: Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training, and development.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the store is run efficiently, with a focus on stock control, visual merchandising, and operational excellence.
- Experience: Proven experience in managing a fast-paced retail or hospitality business.
- Skills: Strong customer service skills, ability to manage budgets, and experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
- Attributes: Passion for the retail industry, exceptional service skills, and a strong sense of personal style and presentation.
