Job Responsibilities

As our Production Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the mill's production, including managing day and night shifts, implementing improvements to enhance production processes, and introducing new products. You will also be responsible for maintaining mill equipment, nurturing and developing our talented team, and ensuring safety is a top priority.

Key Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need strong technical knowledge and experience in sawmilling operations, a strong understanding of WH&S and environmental regulations, exceptional leadership skills, effective communication abilities, and excellent planning and organisation skills.

Qualifications and Experience

You should ideally possess tertiary qualifications or equivalent formal studies in sawmilling operations, a proven track record of successful experience in sawmilling operations, and working knowledge and understanding of production.
