About the Role:

PHE Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled Electrical Site Supervisor to lead our team in the Snowy Mountains region. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing industrial electrical and instrumentation installations at various power stations and infrastructure sites throughout the region.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to deliver safe, productive, and quality electrical and instrumentation installations.
  • Report project status, including forecast outcomes, when required.
  • Maintain records of work-in-progress and communications in line with project management methodology.
  • Participate in and inform project planning and auditing activities.
  • Oversee PHE apprentices and ensure they are consistently learning and improving their standard of work.

About You:

To be successful, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experienced leading a team in industrial settings.
  • Ability to lead a team that maintains an excellent attitude to safety.
  • High level of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in problem-solving and leading a highly productive team.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Teams and Excel.
  • Experience in project scheduling software, such as MS Project or Primavera.
  • Previous experience in job estimating and quoting.
  • Quality management experience.
  • Budget management experience.
  • Flexible and open to working away from home, as required.

Licences:

  • Trade Certification / AQF Cert Level 3 Electro Tech.
  • NSW Electrical Licence.
  • High risk work licence with WP Class.
  • Working at Heights certificate within the past 2 years.
  • LVR/CPR certificate within the past 12 months.
  • White Construction Card.
  • Unrestricted C Class Drivers Licence.
  • National Police Clearance.
