Trainer & Assessor

We are seeking an experienced Trainer and Assessor to join our team. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training and assessment services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To deliver and assess vocational education and training programs in hospitality.
  • To design and develop learning materials that meet the needs of our clients.
  • To provide on-site assessment and training support to students.
  • To maintain quality assurance standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • A current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
  • Significant industry experience in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
