Job Description

We are seeking an exceptional UX leader to drive growth and deliver outstanding results. As a key member of our design practice, you will collaborate with clients, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to craft human-centered experiences.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can navigate ambiguity, possess commercial acumen, and excel in both sprint and marathon modes. With expertise across research, product design, visual design, and workshop facilitation, you will lead from discovery to delivery, untangling complexity and helping clients chart their course.

  • Proven experience in consulting or similar environments
  • Passion for digital products and services using design to create effective solutions
  • Deep understanding of the UX Design spectrum: conducting customer & market research, prototyping and validating concepts, visual design & UI, facilitating and leading discovery workshops, presenting information and data, running design sprints
  • Experience working with clients in pre-sales contexts: understanding requirements, crafting value propositions, and contributing to sales proposal estimates
  • Proven track record of delivering product solutions and client outcomes within expected timeframes
  • Experience working with design systems (Figma experience preferred)
  • Experience working with Data and AI/ML to create effective and user-centric designs and solutions
  • Curious and growth-oriented mindset
  • Pragmatic, solution-focused approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
  • Strong influencing skills, with the ability to build foundational relationships and trust
  • Comfortable navigating through ambiguity and leading others through ambiguity
