**Job Description:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Aviation Capital Delivery Program Administrator. This role will support the Aviation Program Management team in the delivery of capital projects across all Aviation Capital Works.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting key program/project administration tasks, including managing purchase orders and invoices, executing project contract documentation, and coordinating project/program and aviation project team meetings and activities.
To be successful in this role, you will have strong administration skills, including supporting the preparation of reports and presentations, ability to implement and follow key project processes, and strong prioritization and time management skills.
You will work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, have high motivation and proven experience to support project outcomes, and possess well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
* Strong administration skills, including supporting the preparation of reports and presentations
* Ability to implement and follow key project processes
* Strong prioritization and time management skills
* Ability to manage, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks across multiple projects concurrently
* Work successfully with both internal and external stakeholders
* High motivation and proven experience to support project outcomes
* Well-developed communication skills, both written and verbal
