  • Spearhead a comprehensive communications plan aligned with the organization's digital, data, technology and innovation strategies.
  • Execute on the communications plan to drive gains in reputation and engagement among colleagues.
About the Role

This position will involve collaboration between the Digital, Data & Analytics and Technology & Enterprise Operations Divisions. As a senior communications professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing strategic advice and support for an integrated communications strategy to build awareness and endorsement about how the organization is using digital, data and analytics, and technology to deliver outstanding customer and colleague outcomes.
  • Driving a proactive external agenda, including media, social media and relevant trade media.
  • External communications: planning and executing campaigns focused on the organization's digital, data, technology and innovation strategies that demonstrate delivery of the organization's strategic ambitions.
Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Professional experience working in a similar senior communications role.
  • Unwavering drive and motivation to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven expertise in communications/media and public relations/employee engagement.
  • Demonstrated communications planning and execution skills in one or more of the following categories: Media and public relations, Digital and social media content skills, Measurement skills.
