We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Distribution Project Engineer to lead our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical distribution system design, planning, and project execution.
Main Responsibilities:- Design Coordination: Prepare technical aspects and deliverables for conceptual and detailed design of overhead and underground electric power distribution systems.
- Construction Package Preparation: Coordinate the preparation of construction packages, including plan and profile drawings, structure assemblies, and details.
- Talent Development: Assign tasks and provide guidance to junior team members, coordinating quality control reviews.
- Knowledge Sharing: Identify and implement learning opportunities for EITs and designers through job shadowing, project tasks, and knowledge sharing.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Professional Engineer (PE) license, and previous experience in project execution within the Power Market Sector. Strong client relationship skills and computer proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard Power Market Sector design software are also required.
