Advanced Transmission Line Design Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled engineer to lead transmission line projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in high voltage transmission line design, with experience using PLS-CADD and other software.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare all technical aspects and deliverables associated with the conceptual and detailed transmission lines design of increasing complexity.
- Coordinate the preparation of construction release packages for high voltage transmission lines.
- Assign tasks and provide guidance to junior team members and coordinate quality control reviews.
- Identify and implement learning opportunities for EITs and/or Designers through methods such as job shadowing and knowledge sharing.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical or related field).
- 4+ years of transmission line engineering experience in the electric utility and/or renewables industry.
- Experience interpreting and applying industry design codes.
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
