Senior Planner Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Planner to join our Bidding team at Clough Group. As a Senior Planner, you will play a critical role in preparing tender and proposal planning, scheduling, and resource allocations for multi-billion-dollar EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare comprehensive Basis of Schedule documents outlining schedule assumptions, construction sequencing, calendars, weather, resources, equipment, and Critical Path information.
  • Develop and implement project-specific advanced work packaging.
  • Support the development of project schedules and resource plans, including rosters, working patterns, resource profiles, headcount requirements, and information to support training and recruitment requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise regarding P6 Primavera planning services and program schedules to tenders.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of multi-discipline project execution planning experience.
  • Experience on large Oil & Gas, Mining, Infrastructure, Marine construction projects.
  • Experienced in Primavera (P6) and all MS Office suite applications and data management tools such as Power BI.
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, or a related field would be advantageous.
  • Willingness and ability to undertake regular site travel as part of this position.
