Firesoft People is collaborating with an innovative trading startup seeking a Project Manager to enhance their operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with essential business and development teams to define product vision, identify growth opportunities, and establish strategic roadmaps.
  • Engage with stakeholders to articulate feature specifications and craft user narratives, while consistently aiming for iterative and ongoing delivery of significant feature launches.
  • Oversee the prioritization of development tasks and maintain comprehensive backlogs.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration among various product and development teams to ensure timely resolution of critical dependencies for features and product improvements.
  • Provide clear communication regarding release activities, project progress updates, and roadmap schedules to senior management.
  • Coordinate training sessions and demonstrations for key end-users and executive teams.
  • Establish and nurture vital business relationships across operational, engineering, product, and executive divisions to promote open communication and teamwork in achieving business objectives.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and technical aspects, including programming and database management.
  • Experience in managing creative and engineering personnel is a plus.
  • Proficient in Salesforce systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile development practices.
  • Ability to cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders, including technology and operational leaders.
  • Competence in data analysis, trend identification, graphing, and presentation creation and delivery.
  • Skilled in formulating and articulating comprehensive product strategies.
  • Capable of recognizing risks and driving projects to successful completion.
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects concurrently.
