Position Overview:

  • We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to oversee Piling and Ground Engineering projects.
  • Responsible for the planning and execution of all project phases.
  • Lead and manage project teams, including Engineers and Supervisors.
  • Engage with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
  • Handle budgeting and cost management.
  • Negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) protocols.
  • Guarantee timely and budget-compliant project delivery.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in piling operations.
  • Formal qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction.
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
  • Expertise in piling and ground engineering.
  • Proven management experience.
  • Ability to initiate and deliver projects successfully.
  • Estimating and tendering skills are a plus.
  • Strong commercial awareness.
  • Proficient in client and management team interactions.
  • Excellent record in WH&S practices.
  • Valid driver's license.
