We are seeking a skilled professional to drive our early intervention and return-to-work initiatives. As an Injury Management Specialist, you will work closely with managers, supervisors, insurers, medical practitioners, and employees to provide expert advice and support successful return-to-work outcomes.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing expert early intervention and rehabilitation advice and coaching to managers.
  • Leading claims discussions, workplace meetings, and case conferences.
  • Streamlining processes by reviewing and refining early intervention and return-to-work procedures.
  • Highlighting and reporting injury trends to the business.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Proven experience in injury management, workers' compensation, and cultural change across a large and diverse workforce.
  • Sound knowledge of workers' compensation legislation.
  • High-level interpersonal skills and proven ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
