About the Role:
Aurizon has signed a major contract to deliver rail linehaul services connecting state capitals.
We are seeking a Coordinator to oversee daily movements of rolling stock, manage operations changes, and develop processes for supply chain performance and schedule attainment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day movements of rolling stock
- Manage daily operations changes to meet train service and operational activity timeframes
- Develop and implement processes for supply chain performance and schedule attainment
- Promote high performance expectations within a supportive team environment
About You:
You will bring strong communication skills and analytical abilities to the role. Key qualifications include:
- Demonstrated skills in short-term scheduling or similar positions
- Substantial analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Previous frontline leadership experience in rail yard operations or heavy industry
