Marketing Role Overview

This 12-month contract position involves working as a Marketing Executive at one of Australia's most recognised retail brands. As a key member of the Marketing team, you will play a vital role in bringing Westfield destinations to life by creating engaging customer experiences that connect with our communities.

As a Marketing Executive, your primary responsibility will be to lead key centre campaigns from concept to execution. This includes managing timelines and budgets while focusing on lifestyle, cultural events, and fashion. You will also be responsible for implementing the local digital strategy across owned, earned, and paid channels to meet customer needs.

In this role, you will contribute to the centre's Marketing Plan by aligning retail energy, local priorities, and strategic programs with budget and resources. Additionally, you will assist with the management of the marketing budget, including sourcing quotes and processing invoices.

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing, event management, brand management, digital and social media, and public relations. They will be skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship management, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills.
