Key Ecommerce Role

The position of Ecommerce Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, execution and delivery of commercial outcomes for our online channel.

The successful candidate will focus on meeting sales targets and increasing growth profit for our market using sales forecasting skills and web data analysis to determine trade activity and report on progression to ensure objectives are met.

Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience in a similar ecommerce role
  • Extensive experience establishing growth strategies, driving commercial outcomes and delivering results
  • Excellent analytical skills, including the use of web analytics tools, financial analysis and forecasting
  • Strong project management and problem-solving skills, adapting to a dynamic environment
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, coaching and leading teams to drive results
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms, tools and technologies for website merchandising and management
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including merchants, marketing, creative and key stakeholders
