The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network is seeking an exceptional and highly skilled Nurse Unit Manager to lead the Geriatric Rehabilitation service. Responsibilities- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Geriatric Rehabilitation unit, ensuring high-quality patient-centred services are delivered.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive environment, mentoring and developing the nursing team.
- Ensure adherence to the highest standards of care, incorporating best practices in geriatric care.
