About the Role:
SA Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join their team as a Nurse Unit Manager in the Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care division. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your clinical expertise, managerial acumen, and strategic vision to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Rehabilitation Unit. As a Nurse Unit Manager, you will spearhead a dynamic team of dedicated healthcare professionals, fostering an environment of excellence, compassionate multi-disciplinary care, and continuous improvement.
The Northern Adelaide Local Health Network serves over 400,000 people with a comprehensive range of high-quality medical services, including emergency, surgical, obstetric, neonatal, paediatric, oncology, geriatric, palliative care and rehabilitation, and mental health care. Recently, NALHN has upgraded its facilities and plans to expand further. The network provides primary health care with a focus on community health promotion and chronic disease management.
As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy competitive remuneration, including a salary of $121,537 - $126,970 p.a. – RN3, plus additional benefits such as salary packaging and flexible working arrangements. SA Health also offers relocation assistance for successful applicants from interstate or overseas.
To be eligible for this position, you must be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
