Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain technical competencies of geotechnical staff in deep foundation design and construction.
- Engage in project delivery, providing expertise on project approach and resource reviews.
- Select, train, mentor, and manage geotechnical personnel to achieve business objectives.
- Promote best practices and establish partnerships to advance concepts and mitigate risks.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with 15+ years preferred.
- Professional engineering registration or equivalent technical experience.
- Proven track record in team development and management.
