The role of National Geotechnical Business Leader involves leading national engagement in deep foundation design and construction, as well as developing a cohesive geotechnical community of practice in the south-east US region. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in geotechnical engineering, excellent leadership skills, and experience managing diverse teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Developing and implementing strategic plans for national engagement in deep foundation design and construction
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the geotechnical industry
- Leading and managing a team of professionals to achieve project goals and objectives
- Fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing among team members
- Master's degree or higher in geotechnical engineering or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in geotechnical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
