Geotechnical Engineering Lead Position

HDR is seeking a geotechnical business class lead to oversee national engagement in deep foundation design and construction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and improve technical competencies of geotechnical staff in deep foundation design and construction.
  • Engage in alternate delivery projects to provide deep foundation design and construction expertise.
  • Select, train, mentor, and manage geotechnical personnel.
  • Promote the geotechnical practice and establish partnerships to advance innovative concepts and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a professional field, such as engineering or architecture.
  • 10+ years of related experience.
  • Professional engineering registration or equivalent technical experience.
  • Experience in team management and development.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other business class directors and marketing managers.
